It will offer insight, access, and opportunity to Namibia’s emerging workforce at the dawn of the nation’s energy transition.

At a time when Namibia’s youth unemployment rate remains alarmingly high, the Lelo Energies Student Conference brings much-needed focus to the development of local talent, skills alignment, and future career pathways in the energy sector.
