The Namibia Youth Energy Forum (NYEF) is proud to announce the host of the Namibia Energy Connect & Energy Trailblazer Awards 2025, taking place from 04–05 November 2025 at Droombos, Windhoek.
This flagship initiative is not a conventional energy summit or conference it is a national platform designed to bring together Namibia’s energy visionaries for reflection, collaboration, and celebration. It is the first of its kind, uniting stakeholders from across the energy spectrum including Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Green Hydrogen, and Energy Services under one roof to shape the future of Namibia’s energy ecosystem.
The event is expected to convene over 1,000 attendees, including leading energy companies, service providers, government leaders, youth, academia, and businesses from across sectors. It will serve as a strategic space for dialogue, partnership building, and showcasing Namibia’s energy potential. Honoring Excellence: The Energy Trailblazer Awards. A key highlight of the platform is the Energy Trailblazer Awards, which will recognize and honor outstanding individuals and institutions for their contributions to Namibia’s energy industry. Awards will be presented across various categories, celebrating innovation,
leadership, sustainability, and impact.
A Platform Rooted in Empowerment and Progress Speaking on the significance of the initiative, Andreas Paulus, Director at NYEF, shared: “This is something bold and strategic rooted in youth empowerment, sustainable development, reflection, and partnership building. It’s about honoring excellence and
creating a space where Namibia’s energy future is shaped by collaboration and vision.” The Namibia Energy Connect is proudly hosted by the Namibia Youth Energy Forum, a national platform committed to empowering youth and promoting inclusive development in the energy sector.
