More than 250 professionals from the African oil & gas sector, representing 20+ countries, are set to attend the highly anticipated International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) Drilling Africa Conference & Exhibition.


IADC Drilling Africa will explore all aspects of drilling operations in this vital region, including an African market outlook, partnering opportunities in Namibia, bankable contracts for drilling contractors, artificial intelligence in drilling operations, carbon capture and storage, local content, geothermal drilling, plug & abandonment, automation, technology, well control and attracting gen Z.

This event, which provides excellent networking opportunities, will bring together industry leaders and drilling professionals to discuss challenges and share best practices. Local and international companies will showcase their products and services at the exhibition.

This premier IADC conference is taking place from 24-25 February 2026 at the Hilton Windhoek Hotel, in Windhoek, Namibia. Several eminent industry leaders are present to give keynote and opening presentations at the conference, including:
