Applicants must be between the ages of 20 and 30, hold a vocational qualification or a university engineering degree, and be medically fit to participate in practical training activities. The program is specifically targeted at candidates who are new to the oil and gas industry and who are Namibian citizens or permanent residents.

Applications must be submitted through the official career portal at https://lnkd.in/dCK8Asw3 or by scanning the QR code provided. Only applications received via the portal will be considered. The closing date for applications is 13 February 2026 at 14:00 (Namibia time).
